Client Reviews: Absolutely shocking. literally NO ONE answers the phone. They all are always too busy and "there is no one around". They are normally in "conveyancing" groups of 2 passpadan s and each say different things, nobody will take the time or explanation to make a call based on what they have originally said. you receive the reply to your enquiry email from them in 5 minutes but calling them to communicate will make you waste one hour. they really hurry to send you the quote and once the first part of your payment has been taken you will then receive no substantial support unless they leave a voicemail on your phone, ZERO human contact thereafter. I do not recommend. Thank you to Peter and Lauren for your support on my hard 6 months and in court. Top service highly recommend... Jullian represented me in court and hes really good at what he does there. Was feeling really uneasy but he absolutely nailed it in court. 100% recommend them needed them. Great team and great service. Brilliant company to use, communication is second to non, you are able to download there app when you have signed up, gives you full breakdown of your bill and a messaging service to get intouch, so no need to call and wait for the people to call you back. Also all legal documents are all digital so you have full access to read through will no rushing, and fhe staff are on hand to contact with any questions you need answering. We can't thank Bell Lamb and Johnson enough they helped us buy our first home and everything went fantastic without any hangups. My partner was told by a staff member that they could not process our request that day and we should attend the office the following day. We did that after checking that they would be on-site, and they weren't. We now have to drive to Runcorn and take half a day off work and my wife has to get a day off due to the response from the solicitor. I've increased the rating. Great company
