Tracy Barnsley and her team have completed the smoothest property purchase of my life. An auction property on a short deadline is always a lot of stress, but Tracy understood it. She negotiated a perfect storm for me: 8 pages of questions from bridging loan solicitors, and an uncommunicative seller’s solicitor that refused to cooperate. Most people would have passed that stress onto the client, but Tracy did the opposite. She shielded me from the minutiae of the process; only contacting me when absolutely necessary, yet still ensuring I had daily updates. The true measure of her dedication came at the end when Tracy mentioned she’d had 'sleepless nights' over the file. I, however, slept like a baby throughout the journey because she carried that burden for me. Even my broker commented on her brilliance and is referring his clients to her. The wider team was also equally supportive and responsive; I never had to explain my file twice.
