Please give everyone a favour and do some communication skills (i mean isn't communication a very important skill in your line of work). They also do a little something people now call "Professional Ghosting" please save yourself money. and your time!!! 2. Used Gangar & Co Solicitors and would highly recommend their services. Manvir helped us with our house purchasing process and made things really easy for us. He was helpful and assisted us in every way. Would definitely recommend for anyone going through the same situation. 3. Good help regarding tenant eviction. 4. I called to enquire about having my ID certified. The lady who initially answered the phone was polite and helpful. However, after being transferred to a gentleman, the experience changed significantly. He was abrupt, spoke over me while I was trying to explain what I needed, and came across as very rude. Overall, this was not a positive customer service experience. In response to your reply: While I note that you do not agree with my feedback regarding your customer service, my review reflects my genuine experience and opinion. I will not be removing it. It is also concerning that your response to negative reviews appears to follow a consistent pattern of requesting removal, rather than addressing the issues raised. Thank you for your time. 5. The timekeeping was excellent, and every step of the process was clearly explained in detail, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. Manvir in particular was extremely diligent in every aspect and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it, a rare quality! Would not hesitate to recommend. 8. I was so disappointed with the service. He needed to witness some forms. He asked me to bring the forms with proof of address, along with our passports. We waited 2 days for our appointment which is fine, but he refused to sign the papers as he said: how do I know you are who you say you are. Also, how does he know that my passport is real. I offered my driving licence and he said no as he wasn't comfortable signing as a witness. Absolutely stupid and a complete waste of my time! Some advice, just say no to start with. 9.
