Customer Review Summary: CP Law Solicitors were excellent throughout my house purchase and I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough. They were prompt, professional, transparent, and consistently kept me in the loop at every stage. I always felt they were acting in my best interest and took time to explain things clearly, making what can often be a very stressful process seem far more manageable. They were also very friendly and approachable throughout, and their communication was fantastic — I never felt like I was in the dark or unsure of what was happening and had to chase for updates. Buying and moving house is overwhelming, especially for first time home buyers, but CP Law made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, and I am very grateful for all of their support and would absolutely use them again in future. CP Law were our buyer's solicitor and they made us lose our buyer for our new build flat in the town centre despite several other flats selling in our block over the past few years. Nothing was wrong with the flat and we had endless enquiries, most were repetitive and pointless just to cover their backs. Enquiries were very slow from the solicitor and questions about unadopted roads in the town centre! How are we meant to answer that along with and questioning whether we have warranties for the heating system and pipe work for a new build flat! Very unreasonable and time wasters.Me and my partner can't thank cp law enough for guiding us through our first property purchase. From what is a very daunting process for first time buyers, they made it easy for us. Every team member we spoke to over the phone or email were very professional. They were very responsive and pro active. They were also by far the best value. Emma our solicitor was a diamond! Dedicated and efficient law firm Could not recommend Charles, Natasha and CP Law more. They have now handled two house purchases for us and one sale and were amazing throughout! From having an excellent response and professional advice from Shamit some 2 years ago, unfortunately he no longer works for the company, to be told on two separate occasions that the company is unable to undertake, what I would class as straightforward solicitors work! Extremely disappointing so will go elsewhere. Long winded, no internal checks. Holly Holman was recommended to me for my recent house sale and purchase and she and her team were just amazing. I was kept updated at every stage and did not have to 'chase' or 'follow up' once. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Holly to anyone. Of course, I recommend them to everyone.
