Customer reviews: 1. I am extremely disappointed because they were supposed to call me back after I rang requesting a legal advisor, but no one called me back. I guess they did not even want my business. 2. I contacted them to instruct on our house sale a week ago. I am still waiting for them to send me out to initial forms. I have chased them a couple of times, and the customer service is appalling. I am now dealing with someone else. AVOID!!!!!!3. Efficient, no-nonsense4.
