After spending over three decades away from Kilmarnock, I recently found myself needing legal assistance in the area to arrange Power of Attorney (PoA) for my mum. It was a daunting task—not just emotionally, but also logistically. Being so far removed from Kilmarnock, I had no idea where to turn or who to trust. My first attempt was with a firm I had heard of in the past. Unfortunately, their attitude and overall approach were disappointing, to say the least. They felt cared for and not just a business case. Sadly, and unexpectedly, my dad passed away just after mum was admitted to a care home. We contacted Dylan to say what had happened, and he couldn’t have done more for our family. The process was complicated due to mums health condition and Dylan was fantastic at explaining everything and helping us get through it all. He also helped with the house sale and that was a smooth process. At our most difficult time Dylan was professional but caring, always replied quickly to emails or calls, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the office were lovely too. We will be using Dylan for any legal issues in the future as we have complete trust in him, and in the company.
