Office staff are always so friendly, so professional and easy to deal with even when u call 20 times a day and send 30 emails a day because you need reaasurance and copying them into other angency emails he still replied to each one individually and also gave me contact information for out of hours incase anything happened. In the times iv spoke with Caroline she has always known the up to date details with my case and been able to help and is fantastic too even although luke was my mainn assigned lawyer. I would always recommend Harrison legal and would never use anyone else unless they couldn't deal with my situation and wud then only use someone recommended by them.
