Initially, they did not provide an estimate for business transfer, and late, they presented an exaggerated bill, which they instantly halved after my complaint.  2. Shocking and Totally Unprofessional and Threatening Behaviour from one of their Solicitors, Andrew Sivertsen. No Flexibility - No Compassion - No Understanding - No Response at all to the concerns I raised in their correspondence to me. Find another Firm and save yourself the distress of uncalled for threatening language and behaviour. 11. Having been recommended by a friend I had high hopes but having called on a Tuesday I still hadn't had a call back on Friday. I called again and after 5 mins on hold the solicitor answered the phone by telling me that she was extremely busy. She then told me that all solicitors in the country were busy and that she was being pressurised. Very bizarre and not a service that inspired any confidence. 12. Laura is my property company‘s solicitor and has done a number of complex business purchases for me, and personal purchases as well. After a lot of bad experiences with Solicitors, Laura and her assistant Melanie are God sent. They are excellent in what they do! Very professional, approachable and Excellent in all areas, especially communication. Laura is very busy but will still communicate via email and you can get her on the phone as well, very patient as well. Laura now helps with all my business purchases. I’m telling you, they are the best, just save yourself the stress, John morse is one of the best legal firms for conveyance out there. You won’t regret it, trust me! 13.
