Consulted a solicitor here (Rhian) to deal with my late brothers estate. First consultation we left feeling looked after, but as soon as we left the office it was as if we never existed. Letters were meant to be sent, which did not get done. Sent about 5/6 emails over the space of 3 months all were ignored. Highlighted the mortgage company were needing answers, again ignored. I stated that if they had a big case load on and didn't have time to deal with our matter then to let us know and I'd consult another solicitor, again ignored. Several phone calls and messages left, no calls returned. Now we are left in a difficult situation which has caused further upset at an already distressing time. Wasted 3 months dealing with red kite, absolutely appalling, especially as it was such a sensitive matter.15. I would definitely recommend Redkite solicitors. Staff from reception to the legal beavers are all very professional. The pictures on the walls of the old Gorseinon are lovely as well. And even at Christmas time they put up a beautiful Christmas tree . Always a joy to get to do business with them.
