I had an excellent experience with my lawyers named Richard and Christina in a custody modification case. They are top-notch lawyers. They were able to provide advice on how to deal with the court order that was already issued. Mr. Perry was present during my consultation. He went through my previous court order and what was in my best interest. He then presented a plan on how he was going to fight for my rights. He offered me the best possible advice and after leaving the consultation, I was more confident. The legal assistants are some of the best people you will ever meet. If the attorneys are not available, the intermediaries are always there to give you the feedback you need. My case was very complex, and I thought the matter was going to proceed to court. We initiated mediation for the first time, and Mrs. Perry was there with me during that process. It went well, and our offer was the first to be presented. Mrs. Perry took time to explain everything to me. I was given the opportunity to present a counteroffer, and the opposite party made a second offer, which we resolved, and the matter was settled without having a trial. I was initially frustrated by my ex-wife, who denied me the right to see my children. The law office ensured that I had a more equitable agreement with her and I got more visitation time with my children.
