Canary Gallery LLC, located in downtown Birmingham, was founded by Libby Pantazis, a lifelong art enthusiast, after leaving a job as a lawyer. It is a 2400 sq. ft. newly renovated venue with the art lover in mind. Ms. Pantazis started the gallery because there wasn't a place in the area where local artists could exhibit their work and attract collectors, art lovers, and passersby. Regardless of whether you want to buy a piece or just join us for a drink and an exploration of the fantastic restaurants on 2nd Avenue, everyone is welcome. Our motto is "Good Art for Good People". We are located in the 2nd Avenue Loft District downtown and are an art gallery for the community, a space for events, and a place to gather.
