FILTER is open 7 days a weeks, with morning opening hours to accommodate the working crowd and staying open late for those who are still hungry. FILTER serves carefully selected coffees, teas and seasonal foods. A section of retail also specializes in locally produced products, including whole bean coffee. The Filtering Station atmosphere is ideal for families, informal gatherings and business meetings. We promise to give you high-quality standards across four areas of focus: Atmosphere and Environment, Service and Quality. We offer a space to sip and socialize while taking in the historic architecture of Five Points South. At its heart, FILTER was a project to combine our talents into a business, thus benefiting our local community. We both had jobs, but we always wanted to combine our endeavors to benefit our community and create something we could call our own. Our vision is to build a more welcoming space for the community by creating gatherings, kids' activities, and programming. Coffee is important, but there's more to it than just drinking it.
