Client Feedback Summary 1. I walked into France Nolan’s office totally confused as to what I was getting into. In the first meeting, I knew she would be the right one to work with through this process. It is an intimidating time, but my ex and I had shared goals and I had my own, and Frances helped me achieve those. This process does not go smooth, no matter how much you think you can make it that way. However, Frances was there as a partner in the process helping navigate all the twists and turns. She helped manage difficult conversations, provided creative solutions, and managed expectations throughout. She was open-minded to outside the box ideas, how to incorporate those in the divorce process, and when to steer me away from them. I never felt like she was running the clock/bill on me and felt that I had someone in my corner (when very few were). What she does not list in her services was the mental health counseling she sometimes had to step in and provide. I wouldn’t’ hesitate to recommend Frances to anyone going through this unfortunate situation.
