About Red Dot
Red Dot is situated at 1001 East 54th Street, in Homewood’s Edgewood. It was opened in September 2004 by Scott Bennett and Dori DeCamillis. The space offers courses for children and adults. Scott and Dori were thrilled about their art-making experiences and wanted to convey it to others. Instead of using it to unbalance the technical and academic aspects of art, they prioritized relaxation and social interaction. They retain their inspiration while tapping into their students’ interests. Red Dot has had long-term students with advanced degrees and early beginners. Read more about Red Dot's mission.
