His staff, especially Stacy, is very knowledgeable and personable I am happy to refer his law firm. It's been a few years, but when we got my husband's bankruptcy done and then went and paid them to reconfirm the house back on his credit and they never did it! Completely dragged their feet and eventually quit answering the phone. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone.12. DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are a ton of other attorneys in Rogers and NWA. Would highly suggest calling one of them and avoiding Josh Meister. Screwed up my case from the beginning, communication was shoddy and lacking, but then when he would finally pick up the phone to update me he would drag the conversation on so he could bill me more. Also did not seem knowledgeable on recent changes in the law that had an impact on my case. Has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Ended up firing him about halfway through and had to start over with a different attorney. He then had the gall to try to charge me more money. Don’t waste your time or money and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else!13. We Went Here With The Promise Of This Firm Helping Our Son Get The SSI He Desperately Needs And Now After Almost 4 Years Of Waiting We Have Dropped Them And Moved On To A New Firm To Help Us. Today At Our Intake Meeting While On The Phone With Social Security We Found Out That Nothing Had Been Done At All Regarding Our Child’s Case And I’m Just Sick Over This.14.
