We chose them for a real estate closing company and have been seriously disappointed. One of the girls helped us with our previous home purchase 1.5 years ago at a previous company that is no longer in business but we had such a wonderful experience we decided to follow her to the new company. BAD DECISION. Our original closing date (45 days from contract) was supposed to be 3 days ago but paperwork wasn't submitted on time and our closing was moved to tomorrow. The paperwork has still not been submitted properly and now we're hoping we'll close in the next week or else our extension will run out and we'll have to start ALL. OVER. AGAIN. I am so disappointed that this has been such a difficult process. This is my fourth home purchase in 3 different counties across the state and this is the worst closing experience I have ever had including the staff not being able to locate the earnest money that was my very first interaction with the company.
