There is a possibility of another person, but most of the time it is just you! It’s slightly more expensive than a standard gym, but I work a night shift, and the classes are available at night.2. One of my favorite fitness franchises, and I was not disappointed at this location. The staff was lovely from the start, and they were ready for both me and my friend even before we walked in, which I always appreciate. It was super clean, the energy was great, and they even had some limited edition mat towels and logo headbands. I had a superb experience, and I will be coming back.3. This is one of my favorite fitness franchises, so I had high expectations for this location. The staff was lovely from the moment I walked in — they were ready for both me and my friend before we even walked in the door, which I always appreciate. It was super clean, the energy was great, and they even had some limited edition mat towels and logo headbands. It was a great all-around experience and I’ll absolutely be back.4. I was DEAD tired after work, but Cindy made the sign-up process so straightforward and quick! She was super helpful and sweet too.5. This is my home studio and with the new hires in staff it has definitely shifted the experience of this studio less enjoyable unfortunately two staff members have made me & my guest uncomfortable it’s not what they say it’s how they say it the hospitality at union hills makes you feel more welcomed & other states I’ve visited are also amazing ! Such a bummer i hope this will be brought to the manager’s attention because she’s amazing and her hospitality is great i hope new staff members can take this feedback and make Avondale stand out for the right reasons!6. Awesome Staff, awesome workouts all around. I love that they have a gym in here. You make your workout what you want it to be.7. The infrared sauna is a game-changer. I can’t believe it took me this long to actually come and try a class! I saw the studio a long time ago and just assumed it was out of my budget…. It really is a great deal for what they offer, $59 month for the basic package plus the sign up membership fee. I have been looking for a place to start working out and felt intimidated to go to a typical gym. I cannot recommend Hotworx enough! Infrared sauna is the future of the health & the fitness industry. The benefits are incredible and you leave class feeling fantastic. You get to challenge yourself every time you step in the infrared sauna. I love the focus on isometric exercises and using your body weight, some classes do require equipment. I cannot express how much I love the staff, they’re always so fun to talk to, friendly and extremely helpful:) I really love that I can book all my classes online through app and track my progress. Having 24/7 access is flexible with anyones schedule. With all the options for workouts you’re bound to find a classes that you really love and thrive in.
