Guild Mortgage Company Customer Feedback Review: Horrible time at Guild. Summer was terrible to work with. She couldn’t take a payment over the phone, so she lied to me and said the card was declined. After I called Chase, they told me the card was perfectly fine. She then told me I needed to set up my checking account which was bogus. Called Guild back two minutes later, Hike took my payment over the phone with the same card she said was declined. What was the point of that?. Another horrible interaction with Summer and also blaming Chase for their inability to take a payment over the phone. Summer then told me that guild needed to have all the money and would not take it on my card or will not take a check. I then explained to her that they declined my card and she claimed they did not and that I was the one that needed to put my money in the bank account. I then called guild mortgage payments back and hiked was able to take my payment over the phone with my checking account 00just waisted an hour of my time.ungkin suruh lewat aplikasi aja dari awal. Tapi anehnya mereka yang inisiatif nge-phone lagi. Astaga, pusing deh aku. Terus, aku dikasih informasi kalo aku kalau mau nggak minta bantuan debitur bank seperti BCA, CIMB Niaga, dan Danamon. Jujur, aku ga paham banget sama cara kerjanya. Karena aku kan juga belum punya pengalaman. Maklum, aku kan masih muda. Aku baru 24 tahun. Tapi orte ini tenyata bank-nya sudah cukup lama. Aku pilih bank yang disarankan oleh mereka karena lokasinya yang ada di sekitar rumah. Pas aku ke bank BCA Cabang Pasar Minggu dari pagi, ternyata antriannya banyak banget.
