Guild Mortgage Company Customer Feedback Review: Horrible time at Guild. Summer was terrible to work with. She couldn’t take a payment over the phone, so she lied to me and said the card was declined. After I called Chase, they told me the card was perfectly fine. She then told me I needed to set up my checking account which was bogus. Called Guild back two minutes later, Hike took my payment over the phone with the same card she said was declined. What was the point of that?. Another horrible interaction with Summer and also blaming Chase for their inability to take a payment over the phone. Summer then told me that guild needed to have all the money and would not take it on my card or will not take a check. I then explained to her that they declined my card and she claimed they did not and that I was the one that needed to put my money in the bank account. Aku terpaksa bersabar dan menunggu sampai giliran aku. Alhamdulillah, mereka yang melayani aku sangat ramah dan membantu aku dala
