Orr in August 2013 to build our custom home. He and his project manager Gary did an outstanding job. After six years, the house still looks new and the solid construction is a joy. It is difficult to get a hold of the project manager, I called the office and spoke with the office manager. He did tell me the PM was very busy and would see where the bid was at. I get an email from the PM stating he will no longer provide an estimate for one of my projects (which I wanted to start this month). The PM also stated he is withdrawing a previous project proposal.
