Joe Long, who happens to be a female, has to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with. She is contractor, building a house next to mine and has no regard or respect whatsoever. It starts with allowing subcontractors to start work at 5:30 am and waking me up on a daily basis for months, with loud noises that can be heard several blocks away. Now I live out in the desert, so that gives you an idea of how loud these, subcontractors are. The real complaint is she has compromised my cement wall by having this people push dirt up against it an and therefore shorting the height of my fence. She stated she has a building permit and can do anything she wants. So in essence, she is reducing the height of my security wall, since it is on the property line. She does not care whatsoever. So if you are thinking about building a new home here in Kingman, be prepaid to have to deal with some upset neighbors, since this women is a total renegade!
