Brent came out to remove an old microwave and re-install a new microwave in a rental property of mine. I found him through Home Depot Pro Services and was able to get him out to my house the same day. He was very quick to respond and showed up at our appointment time. He gave me a call to explain what he had done at the home even asking me a few follow up questions to finish up the job. I felt he was very thorough and appreciated his friendliness and communication. I will definitely be reaching back out to Brent next time I have a project. 13. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it has not rained since my repair work. It may be a 5 after I see how things are during/after a rain. With that said, here is what I texted to Southwest RPX: "Your employee was pleasant and personable. He explained to me different options and asked me what I wanted. He explained to me exactly what he needed to do for each option, and why. When he was finished, he showed me what he did and again walked me through what he did to repair my gutter/downspout. Thank you for your service and I will keep your number for future service needs." 14. Brent has been working with my Real Estate clients and myself for many years and has done an excellent job. I highly recommend his company for any contracting work that you may need. 15. Great company. Completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend. Will hire again!
