At the time of Arizona, I had blue cross blue shield insurance. Watch out for this office. They had trouble locating my insurance and sent me a bill six months after my insurance paid. The reason they provided was to contest the amount the insurance paid for my benefit. They knew they wouldn't receive the premiums they charge, so they requested an evaluation of them three times. 6 months later, a different job and they tried to charge me for services I didn't receive. I left the office after paying half of my husband's bill, never gave me the cleaning, and still sent the bill.2. Dr. Harris was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is professional and fosters a positive, lively atmosphere! After an Invisalign consultation, I left feeling optimistic about a clear plan with realistic outcomes!
