Feedback from our Customers: 1. Dr. Paul Nielson and his staff are amazing. The environment, cleanliness, staff, and my good friend Dr. Paul Nielson are all fantastic. Kudos go to Kelly, my dental hygienist for nearly 20 years. There is not a sweeter person on the planet. Twice a year, she brightens my day, and it lasts me until my next six-month visit. I can't say enough good things about this office. 2.  Son had to have 2 baby teeth pulled by Dr. Bishop and he and his staff were so wonderful! They calmed my son’s nerves and got it done quickly! So thankful for life smiles! It’s a great experience every time. 3. I have had amazing experiences at this dental office. I see Dr. Schmidt, and he is always so calm, patient, and attentive. He listens and takes the time to understand any questions or concerns I have, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. The entire team is outstanding. Every member of staff is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about every patient who comes in. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, I am always welcomed, appreciated, and well-taken care of. I have had past experiences with dentists and have significant anxiety. Finding a place like this has meant more than I can say. Dr. Schmidt and his team have made a place where I feel safe, heard, and cared for. Their kindness, patience, and understanding have changed my attitude toward the dentist. It is rare to find a practice where the clinical care is excellent, and the people are just as wonderful. I am so grateful for this office and recommend them to any of my friends and family. 4. I have had a dentist phobia since I was 4 years old. When I was looking for a new dentist, specifically one that deals with phobias, life smiles, came up and had such great reviews. I had to give them a try.    They are #1 in my book the way they take care of me the way they understand my phobia of the dentist and the way they talk and treat me is a way that every dentist should model Their practice after. For example, I have had two root canals. So good at pain management during the operation that I have actually fallen asleep while they are working on my teeth, I’ve never have had that with anyone else. As far as I’m concerned, They are the number one dentist in the valley and I cannot recommend them enough! 5. You’ve all heard the saying Home is where the heart is. Well, that is the best way to describe Life Smiles. Dr. Paul, Dr. Paul, and Dr. Carter as well as the whole staff, always make me feel at home. I have been to over 40 dental offices and hands-down this is the best office I have ever been in. You feel it when you go in. And the best part? They have TV's on the ceiling!!! Who does that?! These 3 Top Gs do. Go you will love it.
