I've been going for years (to both entities) and like both dentists, all the hygienists, and office staff. I never feel they are anything but honest and explain everything. Highly recommend both Dr. Q and Dr. Q!This is the second time I’ve brought my son to Shine Dental, and they have been exceptional every single visit; everyone there is amazing from the front desk, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, and the checkout staff. The entire experience is always smooth, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I don’t have insurance that’s accepted at this office, but I honestly love them so much that I choose to pay out of pocket rather than go anywhere else. That’s how much I trust them. What stands out most is their honesty and integrity. I never feel pressured into unnecessary procedures, and they truly take their time to care for you. They don’t push treatments or make you feel like anything is being “sold” to you, which is incredibly important to me as a parent. The customer service is outstanding, and I always leave feeling like my son is in great hands. I really appreciate how comfortable and respected we feel here. I will definitely continue coming to Shine Dental and will be signing up for their in-house plan.4. E
