Leading for Change

Leading For Change (LFC) is a non-profit training organization that empowers and connects civic leaders to impact their communities positively. We build a network of partnerships, programs, and collaborations with social justice and community leaders to create a pipeline of civic leaders who will transform Arizona. Transformative leadership training is the cornerstone of LFC programs. Our interactive learning and training program is designed to help you think and act as a leader, moving beyond conventional skills training to create real change within yourself. Our skilled trainers and curriculum push participants to think critically and use their past experiences and make their leadership stronger and more effective.
