Where is Ride Arizona Motorcycle Training Centers located?
Took the BRC Course in Phoenix . The bikes were beat to shit, some missing parts, not starting, and some didn't even work. Exercises were fair but the students were not given enough time to apply each exercise enough. Too much information rushed in a few hours- this isn't a class for people who would like to have thorough teaching and learning. Instructor Steve was great regardless! Patient and kind.
Trina has awful customer service and is very reluctant to be accommodating. I am a diabetic and have serious medical conditions that can't be ignored. I struggled with the course due to these and ended up getting dismissed from the course. I was told by Steve that we could try a one-on-one course if I contacted Trina. Trina denied the possibility of a one-on-one course and was very condescending and did not want to provide any information/ help. Unpleasant experience and a waste of money. Disappointing to know they don't really want to help people learn, unless they drop excessive amounts of money.
