Yesterday we woke up to water on floor in garage due to water heater issue (heater was 14yrs old). Called Wyman and Erik was on the case for a 4:30 PM appointment! Erik has done work before on our house - he is top notch! His customer service, knowledge, experience and execution of doing things right is 2nd to none! Erik was very connected communication wise throughout the day and by 7:00 pm the same day we had hot water for showers! Wyman has been our plumbing service for years…best in the business and Erik is truly the total package when it comes to quality of work and customer service in a timely manner!
