Amy Hernandez Law PLLC

Amy Hernandez is Arizona’s Amy Hernandez Law PLLC’s founding member. She provides passionate and aggressive legal support for people who have been injured and wronged. Amy's compassionate and approachable nature has endeared her to her clients. Her firm handles personal injury, medical misconduct, legal errors, and wrongful death cases, as well as catastrophic injuries and fatalities. Amy earned her law degree from Drake University with honors in 2003. After school, she practiced law as a law clerk in the Arizona Court of Appeals. In Arizona, Amy is active in the legal community. She was on the board of directors for Arizona Association for Justice. She is the ex-Chair of the Trial Practice Section and a member of the Civil Practice and Procedure Committee of the Arizona State Bar. She is a former Morris K. Udall Inn of Court member. She was the President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pima County Bar Association from 2007 to 2008. In 2006 to 2008, Amy was a member of the State Bar of Arizona Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors. She served in the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Analyst from 1996 to 2000. She was stationed at Fort Hood in Texas, where she analyzed and disseminated intelligence. Amy is authorized to practice law in all Arizona courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona Association of Justice and State Bar of Arizona. Amy was named one of Tucson’s top 40 leaders in the community under the age of 40. From 2012 to 2016, Amy was named a Southwest Super Lawyer rising star.
