Customer Testimonials Price hikes too much at one time. Can not reach a human service representative to work a problem. Impossible to contact customer service with bill questions. Keep adding penalties for "contamination" where recycling has no contamination and video review shows none, but attempts to contact WM were futile: AI agent was useless, human chat agent told us to call the phone line and disconnected, calling the phone resulted in 45 minute+ wait time then disconnected, and calling back and selecting option to get a callback resulted in NO callback. Not being able to contact service provider is just not acceptable, and arbitrary $5 penalties for things like the lid being 1-2" propped up by a piece of cardboard or some phantom contamination seems to be a new way to build up extra revenue Very frustrated. (one star) Crazy, crazy, expensive. Every time I get a new bill, it's a higher price that the previous bill. Don't waste your time with their services.You'll be spending way too much money. (one star) Absolutely impossible to reach a live person to discuss a billing issue. All phone numbers go to automated system and hang up on you. (one star) overpriced. The final time they said “they would help me” then waited for the 5:00pm hour and switched the message to tell me to call back tomorrow. Been begging for DAYS for the trash to be picked up. Maybe it is too sunny today? There is a lack of clouds in the sky and it is 70+ degrees. Maybe they forgot their sunglasses or turned down the wrong street? They said they picked u... I'm trying to get in contact with someone who works at waste management because they're charging me for something. I keep calling and they're hanging up on me. (one star) Good overall service. (Five stars) .getPrice too high, rip off. (one star) I have been using WM since 2022 and I am very happy with their services. Its a great relationship, I put my bins out in the morning, when I come home they're empty and in (reasonably) the exact same location. There is no disturbance to my day, trucks are not louder than they need to be, service is fast and efficient. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality services provided. If there is a schedule change (holiday, etc) I am notified via email, well in advance of the change. (Five stars) Waste Management, Overall - I do recommend them to neighbors that do not already use their services and to anyone that asks for a recommendation. I have also brought larger items to the main facility and the process is always explained well and I always feel safe. Thank you! (Five stars) Trash collection was missed two weeks ago for the entire neighborhood. I tried to report it on-line, but to no use, garbage was still not collected. Therefore, I put it out again for today only for the WM driver to leave it behind, stating it was yesterday he would come around. I called on the phone line and asked for a call back but NO CALL BACK was received. This is really a frustrating experience, and I'm considering other waste collection agencies available. (one star).
