He was very friendly and polite, with a great "bedside manner." He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. And he helped me with some X-ray questions that I had. Glad to have found him! Dr. Abdou? (2) thumbs up!!! 2. I had a deep cleaning on my teeth today. It was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. I would rate it 5 stars. Dr. Wu is "the best". He truly shows care and compassion towards his patients. The entire process was thoroughly described and detailed. He was gentle but thorough. The 3 staff members were also very professional as well as his lead hygienist. I have been to other dentists that always left me disappointed with the service. Dr. Wu is the best dentist I have ever been to in over 40 years. 3. Dr. Abdou is the best!! Orthodontics without a dentist!? That's a one-stop kind of place!! His attention to detail and caring nature are topnotch. Far surpasses any dentist I have been to. And I have been to (HIS) dentist for over 10 years now 4. Dr. Wade and his staff are some of the best in the business. They have been my dentist since the old East bay dental days, they are always kind and caring to their patients. We were sad when Dr. Wu had left, but we stayed throughout the turmoil and all the changes are for the better! Great work as always!
