Every single person, from the front desk to the hygienist to dentist, was friendly and made it feel like a normal chat. They were quick but thorough and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Would go back in a second. 3. Upon arriving, I was met with smiles and greetings. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and approachable. The staff was attentive and you could tell they valued me as a patient and listened. My dental exam was very thorough and the hygienist and doctor spent a lot of time with me, much more than I have ever experienced before. Dr. Alazzeh was awesome. Highly recommend. 4. I have a lot of anxiety and due to that I let things go on for too long. I was having a dental emergency and my last dentist couldn’t get me in. Grand Oak got me in same day and the dentist never made me feel bad about my dental situation. He checked me out completely and fixed me up easy and with such kindness. I felt so comfortable and never felt judged. I’ve been going here for 6 months now and am so glad I made the switch. 5. Absolutely friendly, professional, and patient's needs is priority. I was very nervous coming in due to past experiences at other offices but from the moment I walked in Mirna and Ana made me feel so welcome. Jenifer was kind, professional, and so gentle with her work and made me feel much better. Tina was also very pleasant and the doctor was great as well. Everything was clean and very organized.
