Legal Ink - Document Preparation Services: Customer feedback summary: 1. A friend recommended Jessica to help with my divorce paperwork. Since I work many jobs, I accepted the referral without scrutiny, which was a mistake. Jessica was supposed to send pre-disclosures to my ex-husband's lawyer, and I paid half the fee in July. Jessica went on vacation and missed the deadline for mailing the documents, and she did not notify me. My ex received the filed disclosures by certified mail from his lawyer, and my ex's lawyer told me they would sue if the proofs of service were not submitted. I was in a panic and called Jessica, who assured me that she had completed the disclosures, but I needed to submit the proofs of service, which required another payment. I made the payment. After multiple requests, I never received information and copies of what had been sent to my ex's lawyer. After November, my ex's lawyer took me to court to compel me to serve. I was given ten days to serve, and it was the week before Thanksgiving. Jessica was supposed to be available for a call on Monday, but I could not reach her. She finally contacted me late Monday, but I had sought assistance elsewhere due to the anxiety caused by my ex's lawyer's threats. I no longer had faith in her ability to meet my deadlines because she did not prior to the court case. I then asked Jessica for a refund for the work she had done so far since it was apparent that she had not completed it (a court docket search returned no record of any filing before I asked for a refund). Jessica declined to refund me. Remember, the court does not care about the technicalities of this issue; to them, I was negligent. If you need immediate assistance, do not select this service. Time does not matter. Time stamps were not rushed, but when you leave your clients to find a solution on their own, you should expect them to act when they are in danger (Customer Feedback, 2021).2. Customer Feedback: I have not experienced any other company like Legal Ink or any other experienced personnel like Jessica. I had hit the bottom of my life, going through a divorce process. I could not afford to raise a lawyer. Found something more significant than a lawyer, JESSICA the savior when you find what you deserve, from the case of a house selling and alimony payment, she's more than a paralegal, a mentor, a therapist, a counselor, and a friend. In my appointment, Jessica said she has a charge but the first 30 minutes come for free. I was there, Jessica was late, and I was there for less than an hour. Jessica charged me for an hour, therefore, my opinion is that the first 30 minutes are not free!!! My coworker recommended Jessica to me, so would I recommend Jessica, NO! On December 2nd, I dropped another text for the updates and the status of the e-documents, but no reply was received. I suffered the most for the period I was. On December 3rd, I dropped another text, asking for a refund of my services; a reply was received on December 4th, indicating that the package had been completed. Instead of sending the e- documents to me as I had requested and as per our agreement, they were sent to my ex, which was a great inconveniences. Helped me with the demand letter, processing with the small claims and even when I came late, there was no complain but checking the papers and made sure am settled and ready for my appearance in the court the next morning. Your kindly help is highly appreciated. 12. Came to have papers notarized, but got way more than I thought. Helped with a bunch of other legal stuff I had going on, Jessica was so great, can't recommend enough, she's truly the best as my initial thoughts were not true saw a very positive outcome that helped me with my case. 13. Jessica helped me out, and answered some questions I had on a last-minute situation. Greeted and attended very carefully and explained to me in a professional way. Really appreciate this place, recommend. And the space is so brand new so clean and fresh inside the office 15. A true gem. She’s helping me with my divorce case. I highly recommend her. Very professional. Will be using her for anything and she’s like a friend. She’s here to help not always about the money but friendship. If I can give her 10 stars I would. She takes her time doing the documents but don’t want to rush her. You want the information be correct she will get it done. Highly recommend. 16. You have been a true Gem.
