Customer Review Summary Media Services Payroll is the company we deal with for almost all of our production payroll at this point, and we love them. We found them through specifically Framework Financials. We get a lot of last-minute jobs, and our MS contacts always go above and beyond to get us set up and WC covered asap for our shoots. To say this company is attentive would be an understatement. They are quick, attentive, honest, helpful, and come highly recommended by our accounting firm, which itself is high praise. -5 stars***** --- Incompetent and negligent beyond belief. I am a producer and a line producer who has dealt with many payroll companies. This is the most incredible experience in payroll...and not in a good way. Their employees will get back to you at their own discretion and will find any way to try to put any wrongdoing or mistakes back on the client or yourself. They have cut corners with my own payroll that I've had to correct after multiple discussions and confirmations on the very subject. That's after having to fight for nearly 2 months to even get the correct timecards posted, and onboarding paperwork approved. An absolute joke of a company. Use anyone else, The amount of stress and time this has caused me and my crew is unreal. For your own, and for your employees sake. 0 stars or worse***** --- Great place for light food and good internet.
