He made the process incredibly smooth and spent so much of his time going through my 2024 tax issues — over $600 was lost due to an unprofessional tax company. He actually took the time to review everything and even helped me write to the government to follow up on my case, all without charging anything additional. I appreciate how much they cared and how much effort they put into helping me. You can tell they care about their clients, not just the money. One of the best parts of MacTax is you can have the option to do your taxes at home. It was so convenient that we were able to do that, saved me a lot of time and hassle, and I was able to sit back and know everything would be handled so smoothly and easily. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and able to explain a lot of deductions and business solutions my former tax accountant had not done. Edward was also able to answer any questions or concerns I had quickly. You can do everything virtually and through their online portal which I was hesitant about but he made it very comfortable and secure. I know so much more about my taxes after this one time than the past 6 years with my other accountant. We are getting a huge refund this year, and all thanks to his knowledge and expertise in educating us with legit deductions that we weren't even aware of. Will be coming to him next year again. Must go and see Edward, especially if you have a small business.
