Our appointment was at 2:00 pm. The doctor arrived at 2:27 pm and examined my child for about 10–15 minutes. We were told the treatment would take about 30 minutes, so we agreed to proceed. Numbing cream was applied, but then we were repeatedly left waiting while the doctor treated other patients. We ultimately waited until 3:30 pm — a total of an hour and a half — without my child’s chipped tooth ever being fixed. When I finally asked to reschedule because I had to return home to care for my other child, the next available appointment offered was 30 days later, meaning all that waiting time was for nothing. This has now happened multiple times, with consistent delays and poor communication. Dr. Jenny and her team are all wonderful humans. My son is autistic and has a phobia of the dentist. The hygienist was sooooo nice and accommodating. I cannot recommend enough! The facility was clean and there were TVs playing disney movies, which my son loved. Also, at the end of their visit the kids get a token to use on one of the prize machines. It was pretty awesome. From the sea creatures on the walls to the vibrant colors, it’s clear a lot of thought went into making the space fun and welcoming for kids.
