After getting 3 opinions on how to fix my open bite, I decided to go with Dr. Hsieh. I remember how thorough she was with analyzing my teeth, and I felt that I would get the most individualized treatment with Family Orthodontics. I am extremely happy with the end result, my bite and smile is so much better. And aside from the teeth, the orthodontics helped balance out my face shape nicely. Definitely one of the best personal/health decisions I've made was pursuing this treatment. 3. My dentist recommended preventive braces and evaluation with Dr. Hsieh. The first visit was detailed and focused on answering questions. I was provided reading materials and process explanation that set rationale expectations. The cost was reasonable. The next 2.5 years of braces check up every 4-6 weeks was meticulous. Every evaluation was personally performed by Dr. Hsieh. I felt very comfortable during the entire treatment course. And before and after every session, I was given instructions, opportunity to discuss and ask questions. The dental assistants were as careful and meticulous as the orthodontist. I found that the office space and operating area was kept very clean and standard precautions were being taken while providing therapy. The equipments utilized appeared suitable to help the intended outcome. The office staff is great and made reasonable attempts to adjust to my schedule. The phone calls were answered in reasonable time frame. I must say, it is challenging to pull through 2.5 + years of consistent satisfactory experience. However, Dr. Hsieh's team has managed to achieve it. In summary, I recommend Family Orthodontics of Dublin and Dr. Hsieh. 4. I love my smile.
