There are simple things that are done, the coach or practitioner puts their foot on the PIC/client, puts their weight on that area that feels restricted/limited or hurting. They then place enough weight for the PIC to breathe in and out comfortably. They wait until pressure stops. Then, Coach asks PIC for a specific movement. John Prior was a Certified Rossiter Coach and Rossiter Workouts instructor for 14 years and Vice President of AMTA CA East Bay Unit for five years.
