There are simple things that are done, the coach or practitioner puts their foot on the PIC/client, puts their weight on that area that feels restricted/limited or hurting. They then place enough weight for the PIC to breathe in and out comfortably. They wait until pressure stops. Then, Coach asks PIC for a specific movement. John Prior was a Certified Rossiter Coach and Rossiter Workouts instructor for 14 years and Vice President of AMTA CA East Bay Unit for five years. He has 20 years of massage therapy and pain management experience. His purpose was to become a Massage Therapist to help relieve pain.
