Feedback 2: Julio is very knowledgeable and patient. We are first time homebuyer and he took his time to sit with us and explain each step. He is always available whenever we have question and even after closing, he still check up on us and assure us that he is still there whenever we need him. Summary 3: Julio and his team kept me informed of every step in the loan process. The matters related to the loan were delicate and complicated but none the less, Julio and his team made sure we understood what needed and helped with managing through the process. Julio has helped our family with other loans and does a fantastic job and professional. We appreciated the time it took to get this done for our family.
