Last year his crew did a great job fixing an electrical panel that had been long overdue replacement. They were on time, efficient, and passed permit and inspection easily. This work was needed due to new insurance regulations. Today, when the new insurance company claimed there was an error- which was impossible, Alex responded in minutes with pictures and the invoice. It had been working great until a few months ago when it started charging at only "level 1" (6 amps) intermittently. Alex came out personally, tightened and cleaned all the connections, and ran diagnostics. He didn't charge me, since he had done the initial installation. The charger has been working great since.
