About LIFT Silver Lake Strength Training LIFT is a local personal trainer gym located in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. A session here will give you an hour of strength training in thirty minutes (yes, you read that correctly). The sessions are so short that you’ll find it hard to believe how time passes. You can train with some of the finest trainers in Los Angeles for only $40. There are no contracts or membership fees, and there isn’t a gimmick. You will do the best exercise of your life here, but don’t take our word for it. Our training techniques are proven. Our signature program is a mix of cardio and strength training. Our training program is focused on four key objectives, which are: Strengthen your body Tone and build lean muscles. Body fat should be reduced. Improving your posture We are the solution if you’re committed and enjoy a challenge, and we invite all skill levels.
