She is always so polite and attentive. 2. Amazing location! 3. The staff is very nice & helpful 4. Best experience ever! Quick in and out process; they showed me where the locker was, gave me the size, and asked me if I needed help moving. Also gave me a discount for the month and overall amazing service. 5. Storage is clean, well maintained. 6. Best intake experience I've ever had, Adam was very pragmatic and informative when showing me around and taking me on a tour to my unit. Lily and the other young receptionist were the warmest when I came in for the first time to on-load my items. Very warm and clean office and associates are very kind and helpful. Very recommendable! They’ve won many Best Of Downtown Awards and they take good care of their facility 7. This storage is the best. Units are climate controlled with an extra large freight elevator. The building is very clean and has lots of security. Adam and Tony are very helpful in the office. They helped me pick out a new unit and gave me solid advice on what unit size I needed for all of my things.
