Mission Viejo Dental Associates Review Summary Dr. Tran and the entire staff were very amicable, which might sound a little weird to say that I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. However, it's true. The only negative thing I would mention is that during the x-ray process, the technician taking the x-rays told me that I needed to wash my gray roots with temporary hair color. I just thought you would like to know since I was going to get my hair done before my next visit, so I did not appreciate a complete stranger telling me how to wash my hair properly. I did not appreciate her judging me and giving me advice. It's not something I usually bother about since I am busy, working, and taking care of my elderly and disabled mother. My number one priority is never getting my hair to look perfect. Everything you have noted does not matter to me. But that is the matter. M. Tran and her group have continually been compassionate to me. Alex, the office manager, is great. She listened to my worries and acted on them professionally. If that is not enough, all the personnel here are attentive, courteous, and warm. Thank you to everyone who keeps this place clean and running! 2. I have been attending this office for twenty years. It seems that I will be a part of the family forever. The receptionists are kind and big-hearted people. I love Dr. Tran and how she treats each patient. Everybody is amazingly professional.
