OC Smile Dental & Orthodontics Feedback Recap: 1. Mrs Monica was very professional. The mission viejo clinic is awesome 2. I would strongly recommend OC Dental and Orthodontics, The dental work is some of the best I have seen! Service is great! They work with you even when financing is required, so thankful!3. I have a big complaint with oc smile! Their general dentistry is good. However if you have a denture made they do a terrible terrible job! My partial is awful, the teeth arent level , they look crooked in my mouth and the bite is way way off!!! Its cause me to always bit into my cheek and its painful. They told me when we first started they could do a nice job! I wasnt able to spend a fortune on it, but they knew ĺ my financial situation when we started. They still should have been able to provide me a useable and decent partial. T h e teeth are super small like a childs etc. Im very unhappy with it and now cant do anything about it. Dont go there if you dont have a lot to spend and if you do have a lot to spend, go to someone who else who has a BETTER LAB!4. I have a big complaint oc smile! Their general dentistry is good. Went to get a second opinion on a deep clean, retainer, night guard and getting Invisalign glue removal. First of all the deep cleaning with insurance was going to be $700… second the night guard and retainer was going to be $500… third the glue removal was going to be $500. I’m sorry but what? I called to get my x rays and pics to get a second opinion. Charged me $50 for my hippa rights… silly. Second opinion was worth it. Glue came off for free in under a minute. New dentist laughed at the $500 fee this place was going to charge. $250 for deep clean with Insurance at new place LOL and the new dentist informed me that a night guard wouldn’t even work with a retainer… so maybe need to read the school books again doc. Thanks for no help and greedy hands. 1,000$ less at my new dentist. Aria Irvani D.D.S. Is the place to go. Not this hassle of a place!6. Very disappointing. The dentist, not pleasent, not communicating properly and charges make no sense7. Dr Badii saved me from having to wait 20 days in pain do to bad tooth to im so grateful to him and his team i will using them as my regular dentist from now on8. Love the cleaning & Sarah is best 9. This place honestly scared me at first because I was moving into this place from a seprate dentist and the seprate dentist did malpractice on me causing dental trauma and this recent place reassured me id be okay and helped me through it also giving me high quality treatments even though I had a difficult tooth to work on, the doctors are very professional and kind10. I had an amazing experience with PopUp Smiles. From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The place is clean, modern, and has a really welcoming atmosphere.
