Natomas Charter School

Established in 1993, Natomas Charter School (NCS) is one of the oldest charter schools in California. Originally created as a middle-school program, the Natomas Charter School now has five separate academies that serve over 1,800 students from Natomas and Greater Sacramento. These academies all agree on three principles, which are purposeful, relevant, and engaging. Natomas Charter School has introduced technology to provide personalized educational, behavioral, and social-emotional support for students. It's a school built on the collective expertise of parents, educators, and children devoted to all children's success. It was created by the Natomas Unified School Board of Trustees and the NCS Council in part. The Natomas Unified School District shares a strong bond with NCS, supporting them in nourishment and facilities for all Natomas Charter School learners.
