Step 1 Dance & Fitness is thrilled to commemorate 33 years in November 2020, offering dance and fitness education in the Sacramento Community. Step I was established to build a diverse, inclusive, and accepting society through dance and fitness. We treat everyone in our loving, family-oriented atmosphere as a member of our extended family. Our 7500 sq. ft. Natomas studio features four large dance rooms with state-of-the-art sound systems. Each room includes cushioned wood flooring, air-suspended wooden flooring, and vinyl. The design of the studio anticipates the type of dancing and movement that will be performed on each floor. Step I aims to nurture the creative growth of everyone who participates in our programs. We can offer enjoyable and exciting group dance and fitness classes for adults. We strive to inspire our students, and when they leave our classes, they are happy and feel good about themselves. Our young dancers receive dancing instruction so they can meet their potential. Our goal is to create an environment where students leave with a powerful, confident identity, a positive self-image, and lasting friendships.
