Customer reviews for Lee&Sons Remodeling LLC: 1. I hired Lee & Sons for this last project for two bathrooms and updating a living space. This update included new flooring, paint, etc. Moises was very detailed and communicated clearly on each step as it happened. Moises gave an estimate that was very detailed. When I had to pay for the final invoice, it was the same. However, any changes from his estimate were clearly noted, and there were no surprises. His team did good quality work and was flexible enough with the changes on the project as it evolved. I can honestly say that Lee & Sons was extremely pleasant to work with, and they were professional expected. If you know you have a project that is bigger than a sole contractor but too small for construction firms that focus on $100K+ projects, then let Lee and his sons have a chance to bid it. Their pricing was fair and in line with the value & quality delivered. 2. I cannot recommend Lee&Sons Remodeling Company enough! I was in a stressful situation needing an automatic shutoff water reader installed quickly to clear my insurance and finalize everything to move into my new home. Everything happened so fast, and after calling around for prices, I began to realize how many companies try to take advantage of people when they’re in urgent situations. But Lee and his sons were completely different. They were professional and straightforward, polite, and genuinely willing to help without overcharging or taking advantage of my situation. They responded quickly, got the job done efficiently, and made the entire process so much less stressful for me. It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity and kindness these days. I truly appreciate their hard work and compassion, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you again, Lee and Sons Remodeling Company, for helping me during such an important moment in my life! 3. Lee&Sons remodeled our master bathroom and did a fantastic and professional job. They showed up on time and worked hard all day everyday. Everything they promised us they backed up and completed. I would highly recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs. 4. My bathroom is so beautiful thanks to them! Reasonable prices. We had gutted our old bathroom and replaced galvanized pipes. 5. Moises Mendez and his team did an excellent job renovating our master bathroom and installing new vinyl flooring upstairs. Their team members were courteous and professional throughout the project. Communication with Moises was exceptional; he was consistently available to address any questions I had and kept me informed of daily progress. They maintained a tidy work environment by containing the construction area and cleaning up at the end of each day, allowing us to go about our routines without disruption. Additionally, I felt comfortable leaving them unattended in my home while I attended to other errands. I would highly recommend their services to others. 6. Lee and Sons was amazing. From start to end. Great customer service. Pricing was true and didn't change. They did amazing work stuck to there deadline. Finished in amazing time. Super great. Would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Anyone needs go with Lee and sons with confidence. Thank u again. Any more projects calling to them! Thank you so much. 7. Lee and Moises were recommended to me, and I'm so glad I called them! We had multiple leaks happening in our walls and didn't know until our closet carpet was soaked! It was horrible! My master closet, kitchen cabinets, wall oven, and pantry were damaged, as well as our guest restroom and hall entryway closet. It was a mess! The insurance had to be involved, and our Home Warranty sent us horrible contractors. After dealing with Serve Pro for about 2 and 1/2 months, our house was left torn apart! Lee, Moises, and their team were available and had my house back together in about 3-4 weeks. Let me also mention, before Moises and Lee's team began reconstruction, we had a plumber who capped the wrong pipes and we had no clue until after Moises and his team did the dry wall since we had no access to our restroom, (thanks serve pro)! Lee and Moises knew how defeated we felt, so began to take the drywall, fixed the plumbing themselves, and then redid the drywall a second time! No complaints, just compassion. They were so reliable, communicative, and definitely all about the customer's satisfaction. We changed our plans maybe twice, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we requested. The starting estimate all the way to the final cost after changes made along the way was VERY reasonable! We will definitely be having more work done in the future! FYI: we are located about 30+ minutes from San Bernardino.
