Su Linda Casa

Clients’ Testimony Summary: My master bathroom was demoed by myself with the intent to remodel started some time ago. Home built in 63 on a slab foundation. The bathroom shower drain and p-trap were dug out due to I couldn’t see with camera or to my satisfaction get a snake through. Glad I did, very deteriorated. Re-plumbed all new piping to move forward with remodel. Purchased one piece pan, toilet and other items. All along my aging aching self decided to start vetting remodeling contractors to have it finished. After 4 or 5 interviews none would use items I had already purchased except Miguel, owner of Su Linda Casa. His first words were “No problem, I gotcha covered”. Thanks Miguel. I had SLC remodel not only the bathroom but the master bedroom as well. The price ? Let’s just say less than these advertised one day tub removal shower conversions (jacuzzi and others) The project came out beautifully. All new textured walls, smooth finish on the ceilings, shower tile surround…beautiful. The crew was exceptional with their know how and talent. I liked the whole experience, so much that I had them remodel / renovate the whole rest of the home. Miguel put together several computer generated renderings that made it easy to make choices. Yes there were changes but not a problem. Easily done with efficiency. I highly recommend this contractor. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Miguel, I enjoyed the good times with you and crew. Exceptional. One more. this is just a bit. Miguel and team could not have been better. Great communication, great pricing, and fantastic work. They even stepped up and took over additional work when another vendor failed to deliver. So happy with our updated home. Could not recommend this team more. Thank you Miguel & the Su Linda Casa Team for an AMAZING job on my beautiful kitchen Miguel made this kitchen renovation such a smooth process for us. During the estimate, he really took the time to listen to my ideas and also gave me some really cool suggestions that I hadn’t even thought about. Narali delivered the rendering of the kitchen really fast and even took the time to go over the examples in the showroom which I really appreciated. She was very helpful during this process and extremely patient with me . They had many different mock kitchens in the showroom and we were able to see all of our options which was a major plus for me. The crews that came from demo to install were professional & I really liked that they had a porta potty! I appreciate Miguel showing up every single day to make sure everything was up to par, it made me feel at ease.
