Reviews Summary

BASI Pilates is commended for having an exceptional team of teachers and administrators who offer unmatched support, kindness, and educational resources that prioritize client satisfaction. Their studio is outstanding, well equipped, and clean and the team is well coordinated and dedicated to offer personalized services, and to enable you to meet and exceed your Pilates goals, with a fully-fledged curriculum that is suitable for all levels of involvement and the latest findings in the studio. Pre-joining the my BASI portal helped me to have a good understanding of the company culture and the type of technique that they use in their training session. After joining, I quickly scaled up and have since become a regular client. I think both the administrative and HR teams should focus and improve the techniques used in on-boarding new clients into the studios. All reviews upheld the session and commented on how professional and prepared the instructors are during sessions. I experienced first hand their work and supported the notion, by all. Sessions are equally intense and taught by amicable instructors. The Pilates were monitored, and more adjustment was made where needed, without compromising on the quality of the session. They have a well structured lesson plan that works for both beginners and professionals. You will also know what to expect in your lesson and especially, how they are designed to gradually move from simple to complex activities as you progress. I especially enjoyed the period that I was using a personal Pilates teacher because, the sessions were personalized on a weekly basis. The use of the Refinery is a good selling point. The equipment is top notch and delivers as expected. The instructors are knowledgeable and professional and they would support you in every way that they can. I highly recommend BASI for anyone intrigued by Pilates.

I am writing to acknowledge the fantastic team of teachers and administration. Teachers are always knowledgeable and kind. I purchased a package and couldn't use it entirely due to serious health problems with my knee and hip. The owners granted me an extension showing their generosity and commitment to their clients. I am so happy that people are still good humans in this world and are not only focused on profit, no matter what. They are literally beyond professionals and wonderful caring people to be with. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
