Heather Brandt, founder/CEO of BFI Insurance Services, came from an insurance background. Her father, David Brandt, was an insurance agent for Farmers Insurance when she was growing up. Knowing what it took to serve clients well made her realize the potential of insurance. It can be a way to help other families and businesses, create long-lasting relationships with clients, and make a good living. When she was 20, she decided to do what her father did. She set up her Farmers Insurance Agency. Although she worked there for a while, she thought she needed more opportunities to offer all the services that her clients needed. This is because she had access to many insurance companies, not just one. She opened BFI Insurance Services in 2012. BFI means Brandt Financial Insurance, and her business has been growing rapidly because our clients love the services we provide.
