Chiefy Cafe – Gaslamp Quarter's First Independent Cafe! Gaslamp may now have the best coffee spot and food variety with Chiefy's original coffee blends and food options! Our unique menu includes acai, vegan, meat lover, sandwich, and smoothie selections. Chiefaccino, our dog-centric coffee shop, is inspired by Chiefy, my dog. Dog-friendly cafe friendly stores offer treats to canine customers. We cater to early risers with our 7 am opening and customers on the move with our 3 pm opening. My puppy-dreams came true when I envisioned the perfect coffee shop in San Diego, my birthplace. My nose eventually led me to the ideal brewing blend. I wanted to create a fusion of foods that would pair well with my coffee. There are options for everyone, meat-lovers and vegans alike (like me). I have made sure that it is all here! I even made sure to highlight treats for my furry pals! Developing this project was a labor of love and sweat, but I am committed to amazing coffee and tasty food. Icyly, it is safe to say positive results are being yielded by the coffee shop with clients showing pleasure from music events, large food portions, excellent service, and a lovely spot to relax, take photos and munch. A consumer who had a great time in the store recommended that chiefy Cafe’s customers should avoid Acai bowl with spirulina. Everyone else was jubilant about the shared company, so much they returned almost immediately leading to a memorable experience. Popular menu items were praised for being pleasingly served and made in a way that showed some thought to it. The wines were also remarkably priced depicting a coffee shop that takes tranquility and leisurely lunch seriously. Hod Franklin Smyrna gave the restaurant five stars for the experience they had, and other clients have been writing amazing reviews. On the downside one consumer did not like the Vegan matcha but had a great time with the Lovie Dovie Latteiced.
